"Rockingham" Hand-painted Porcelain Dessert Set, England, 19th century, each with gold and blue enamel scroll and foliate border surrounding central polychrome landscape views, including sixteen plates, dia. 9; six shaped dishes, lg. 9 3/4, 10 3/4 in. Plates: 12 in good condition with but minor and scattered gilt wear. One as is; one w/light staining and 2 3/4" and 1 5/8" hairlines with old staple repairs; one w/ a 2" hairline; one with a 4 3/4" hairline. Shaped dishes: Each with gilt stacking wear; minor stain spots; one as is.
