Chippendale Carved Cherry Pembroke Table, possibly Connecticut, late 18th century, the working and false drawers with cockbeaded borders and ovolo corners, brass pull appears to be original, refinished, (imperfections), ht. 29, wd. 19 1/4, dp. 32 in. Provenance: Property sold for the benefit of the Brooklyn Museum. Replaced strip along top near hinge, drawer front has patch; brace to stabilize top - top may be reset; ten inch shrinkage crack.
