Wall Regulator Attributed to E. Howard, Boston, Massachusetts, painted zinc dial with Roman numerals, moon hands, half round frames enclosing black, gold and maroon glasses, eight-day weight powered timepiece with pendulum and iron weight with "5" cast on the front, ht. 28 1/2 in. Movement is unmarked, glasses are appropriately repainted, numerals enhanced on dial, period weight and pendulum.
