Federal Inlaid Mahogany Serpentine Sideboard, possibly southern United States, c. 1795, with single drawer and four hinged doors, the tapering legs inlaid with leafy vines joining paterae, (replaced brass pulls, refinished, imperfections), ht. 42, wd. 67, dp. 24 1/2 in. missing escutcheons on doors, filled holes where there were locks, veneer patching to doors; shrinkage cracks to side and top; secondary woods yellow pine and oak.
