Pieced Cotton Patchwork Quilt, America, mid-19th century, the quilt with central field of nine-patch printed and woven cotton squares alternating with squares of red on white printed polished cotton squares with floral designs, bordered with similar red-printed wavy bands of floral designs, backed with white homespun cotton panels, quilted with chevron and diamond patterns, (toning, stains), approx. 102 x 100 in. The fabric is pretty sturdy and unwashed or barely washed condition still some sheen on the bacground fabric, scattered light stains on staining, no evidence of holes or fabric weekness/fraying
