Framed Sevres Porcelain Portrait Plate, France, c. 1763, with hand-painted depiction of Madame Necker, nee Suzanne Curchod (1737-1794), signed "J. Gaurget," with navy blue rim embellished with three hand-painted cartouches, identified and with overglaze blue mark and incised 2 on the reverse, dia. 9 5/8 in. Scattered scratches to portrait, and loss to enamel and gilt. Not examined out of frame.
