Early Georgian Walnut Tall Chest, England, first half 18th century, the rectangular top with canted corners over case with fluted stiles and fitted with five short and five long graduated drawers, top, drawer fronts, and case all with herringbone inlay, on bracket feet, ht. 55 3/4, wd. 43, dp. 22 1/2 in. Top and front refinished and very clean, including herringbone inlay. Scattered loss to inlay on sides and veneers on feet. Brasses replaced. Worming. Scattered nicks, cracks, and scuffs.
