Biedermeier Part-ebonized Library Cabinet, early 19th century, rectangular, with single long glass-fronted door with an oval astragal with ebonized spokes, enclosing shelves, on short, tapered, square-section feet, ht. 68, wd. 36 3/8, dp. 18 1/2 in. Some chipping to left corner of cornice, and with some veneer popping & reglued to cornice. Some finish inconsistencies. Veneer cracks to left front leg. Chip and inpaint to spot on one of the ebonized spokes. minor overall age wear, scuffs, and ege wear.
