French Burlwood and Bronze-mounted Tea Caddy, the rectangular hinged lid over conforming case with Sevres-style circular porcelain plaque to front, and housing two hinged boxes flanking a central well, over galleried medial shelf, on cabriole legs with scrolled casters, ht. 29 1/4, wd. 14 1/2, dp. 9 in. Early 20th century. Veneer to top front left corner re-glued. Scattered loss to banded veneer, especially along edges of legs. Shrinkage cracks.
