Shield-form Mantel Clock, movement by Lorenz Furtwangler & Sonne, Germany, c. 1900, with brass eagle and pineapple finials over mahoganized pine case, the porcelain dial with Roman numerals, on socle mounted to square base, on four toupie feet, total ht. 17 1/4 in. Lacking back door enclosing movement. Hands likely replaced. Chips to dial where hands are mounted. Hairline cracks to dial running inward from edge. No key.
