Cylindrical Iron Strongbox, body wrapped with reinforced strapping, wrought iron handle and hinged lid, lid has thee decorative mounts and the fourth used for releasing door lock,(key teeth broken,) ht. 8 1/2 in. Provenance: Higgins Armory Museum, Worcester, Massachusetts. Strongbox is uanable to unluck, part of key broken.
