Several scattered small tears and fraying to the cloth particularly around the back hinge and base. Cloth across the top surface with imbedded surface grime. Surface abrasions (scuffing) and rust to metal hardware. Scuffs to wood straps. One corner metal-bound corner slightly dented. Loss to one leather strap (uppermost strap on front surface). With original interior fittings and hardware throughout. Interior with age-related wear, in overall good condition with no major stains or tears, one corner of interior lid with lifting to fabric.
