School of François Boucher (French, 1703-1770) Head of a Young Man Signed or inscribed indistinctly "... Boucher" l.l., inscribed "Fr. Boucher" on a label affixed to the frame backing. Sanguine on laid paper with partial watermark, 11 5/8 x 9 3/8 in. (29.5 x 23.9 cm), framed. Condition: Small tear to u.r. edge, creasing, soiling. With a label from Christie's inscribed "NYCEA 184" affixed to the frame backing.
