WWI Autograph Album, Second Canadian Battalion, Pioneers, 20th Century. Commercially produced autograph album, with multicolor leaves, signed throughout by soldiers from the battalion and later signatures from 'home,' alligator pattern printed paper covers, pages loose, binding structure mostly lost, 4 x 5 1/4 in., including a competent anti-Germany pencil cartoon, several primitive ink sketches, and a gouache depicting a soldier and sailor from Britain, with a French and Russian soldier entitled: United We Stand, signed by L.R. Venner, June 2, 1917.
