Chinese, late 19th/early 20th century, possibly earlier. Hand painted porcelain Guanyin, goddess of mercy deity figure with twenty-four arms, each wearing gold bracelet bangles on wrist. Figure with elaborate figural headdress and calm facial expression. Quayin yin wearing peach, blue and yellow clothing and standing barefoot on a pink lotus blossom base. Apparently unsigned. Height 19.6", width (across arms) 11.6". Note: Alternate spellings for Quanyin can be Guanyin, Guan Yin, Kwan Yin, and Kwanyin,_x000D_
