Federal Mahogany and Wavy Birch Inlaid Card Table, probably Massachusetts, c. 1800, the top with serpentine front and half-serpentine ends with diamond- and dart-inlaid edge on a conformingly shaped base of rectangular panels bordered by contrasting crossbanding and lower edge of similar banding, joining half-engaged, ring-turned, reeded, tapering legs on swelled feet, (imperfections), ht. 29 1/2, wd. 36, dp. 18 in.
