Framed Civil War/G. A.R. Commemorative Presentation Poster, "Done by Civil War Veteran Drummer Boy of the 54 Mass. Vol. Reg. 1861-1865/Major A.H. Johnson,/Dec. 5th 1925," signed on drum and banner l.r., executed in ink and crayon on paperboard, depicting four birds, two carrying banners inscribed "Friendship" and "Loyalty," and leafy branches in their beaks, over a heart at the center inscribe "Honor the Boys of 1861-1865," over an open book inscribed "Mrs. Elizabeth Towne/Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year/President of Gen. Chas. Deven Circle No. 30 of the Ladies of the G.A.R./1926," (minor toning, not examined out of frame), 23 3/4 x 18 3/4 in., in a period molded wood frame.
