Antique 18kt Gold, Split Pearl, and Enamel Hunting Case Pendant Watch, Patek Philippe, c. 1850/52, finely enameled on one side with a portrait of two young children with curly locks, framed by split pearls, and with a split-pearl spray on the other, engraved accents, and opening to a white enamel dial with Roman numeral indicators, 14 lignes cylinder escapement movement, key-wind, key-set, 37 mm, cuvette and case no. 4736, signed only on the cuvette.
