Russian School, 19th Century Church Towers Across an Icy River. Signed and inscribed illegibly on the mat. Sight size 9 1/4 x 10 1/4 in, framed. Condition: Toning, foxing, not examined out of frame. N.B. The Russian inscription on the left of the mat reads "St Petersburg." The date in the middle appears to be "'94." The artist's name on the right is difficult to make out, presumably starting with the initial "M."
