Gilt-painted Buddhist Sutra, Korea, Goryeo dynasty, 1372, twelve-leaf accordion-format album, containing Agama scriptures and paintings including one depicting a Buddhist assembly with deities on one side and three Bodhisattvas and a heavenly king on the other, inscribed with date and a list of donors and their deceased ancestors including Kim Jin of Gimhae clan, the covers decorated with elaborate floral scrolls with title reading "Bulseoljang ahamgyeong daebon gyeong byeonsang" on the front cover, gilt on indigo blue paper, each leaf 10 x 3 3/4 in. Note: The two depictions of Kristigarbha and Amitabah painted on the inside of the front and the back covers are similar to the ones painted in gilt on a lacquer plate by No Young in 1307, in the collection of the National Museum of Korea.
