Signed and numbered "General Idea 13/250" in pencil on accompanying sheet with title and date, "GENERAL IDEA PLA©EBO" printed on balloons. Three uninflated Mylar balloons, each approximately 15 x 34 in. (38.1 x 86.4 cm). Condition: Some creases and wear on printed sheet.
