Loren MacIver (American, 1909-1998) Off a Tent Olive Shell Signed "MacIver" l. r., identified on two partial labels, including one from the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, affixed to the stretcher. Oil on canvas, 14 x 20 in. (35.5 x 50.7 cm), framed. Condition: Scattered paint losses and abrasions, surface grime. Provenance: Currier Museum of Art, Manchester, New Hampshire, sold to benefit the acquisitions fund.
