Cherry Slant-lid Desk, probably Connecticut, c. 1760-80, the lid opens to an interior of valanced compartments and seven drawers above a case of four cockbeaded graduated drawers on scrolled ogee bracket feet, the brasses appear original, old surface, (imperfections), ht. 46, wd. 36, dp. 18 1/2 in.
