Condition: Old retouch to corners, frame abrasions, discolored varnish, surface grime, subtle warping to panel. N.B. During the course of his career, Eugène Galien-Laloue worked under three known pseudonyms: J. Lievin – after a soldier he met during the Franco-Prussian war, E.
