Carl Fahringer (Austrian, 1874-1952) Street View, Probably Turkey, with a Seated Soldier. Signed or inscribed "C. Fahringer" l.r., inscribed "Carl Faringer [ sic ], Austrian" on the reverse. Gouache, watercolor, and pencil on paper, 12 1/4 x 9 3/8 in., unmatted, unframed. Condition: Toning, handling creases, brown paper tape remnant to l.c. edge, old paper hinges to the reverse.
