Two Kashmir Shawls, North India, 19th century, both with empty ivory square center panels, one with an inner border comprised of two rows of blue bent-tip "boteh" and small flowers, and the other with an inner border with red confronting bent-tip "boteh" enclosed by staggered scalloped motifs and a light blue outer border of small radial flowers, 4 ft. 8 in. x 4 ft. 8 in. and 4 ft. 9 in. x 4 ft. 3 in.
