Flambe-glazed Tripod Censer, China, compressed bulbous shape with short neck and flat rim, the glaze mottled to the exterior, splashed to the interior, and ends around a raised ring, four-character mark in underglaze blue inside the ring, the slightly oval cover decorated with an openwork foliate and cloud scroll design and an ivory figure as its knob, the stand with similar decoration, overall ht. with stand 7, censer ht. 3 5/8 in.
