Louis Conrad Rosenberg (American, 1890-1983) Portfolio of Eight Etchings: Cincinnati Union Terminal , c. 1933 Each signed "Louis C. Rosenberg" in pencil l.r., most initialed and dated "LCR..." within the matrix. Drypoint etchings on paper, sheet sizes 11 3/8 x 18 1/4 in., unframed, matted, in a leather and cloth portfolio case. Condition: All with deckled edges, tape hinged to backing mats, subtle toning and mat burn. Note: A signed preliminary agreement regarding the Cincinnati Passenger Terminals and a photo of George D. Crabbs, former president of The Cincinnati Railroad Terminal Development Company, accompany the lot.
