Four German Dolls, a bisque shoulder head girl, possibly Armand Marseille, marked on shoulder plate underneath body, with fixed blue glass eyes, painted eyebrows and eyelashes, open mouth with top teeth, blonde wig, bisque arms, kid body, cotton undergarments, printed blue and white polka dot cotton dress, knit socks, turquoise boots, and straw bonnet with silk flowers and velveteen-faced ribbon, ht. 19; two small bisque head girl dolls, one marked "Made in Germany 201 9/0 DEP" to back of head, with sleeping blue glass eyes, painted eyebrows and eyelashes, open mouth with inset top teeth, blonde wig, pressed sawdust body and composition arms, pale blue silk hair ribbon, cotton undergarments, white cotton dress, and socks; the other a shoulder head doll marked "Germany Mabel 11/0" to back of shoulder plate, with sleeping blue glass eyes, painted eyebrows and eyelashes, open mouth with inset top teeth, brunette wig, stuffed body, composition arms, cotton dress, black socks, and straw hat, ht. to 14; and a Karl Hartmann bisque head girl, Stockheim, Germany, first quarter 20th century, mold no. 4/0 impressed inside maker's mark to back of head, with sleeping brown glass eyes, painted eyelashes and eyebrows, open mouth with four inset top teeth, dark blonde curly wig, fully jointed composition body, white cotton undergarments, black leatherette shoes, pale blue silk dress, and beaded necklace, ht. 15 in.
