Four Boxed Sets of French Silver Tableware, 19th/early 20th century, two . 950 silver: twelve oyster forks with a trailing rose motif by Ernest Compere, and a four-piece carving set by Louis Ravinet & Charles Denfert, each hollow handle with iris motif: knife, fork, gravy ladle, and manche a gigot (joint holder), in a fitted case marked "Sigeron/Bard Bonne Nouvelle/Paris"; the third a four-piece .800 silver desk set with leaf and berry motif, lacking maker's mark, comprising a seal, letter opener with mother-of-pearl blade, pen, and pen knife; and a set of four silver salt cellars with glass liners, monogrammed, and spoons, bearing Austrian import marks, other marks rubbed, probably French.
