Four Paint-decorated Stools, America, 19th century, a blue-painted stool with scroll cut skirts and iron tack construction, a yellow/green stool marked in red paint on the underside "W. A.H./1896 FEB 8," with traces of underlying green paint, a small red stool with wavy skirt and glued construction, and a four-legged stool painted black on the top with old red surface and traces of underlying gray, (imperfections), ht. to 9 in.
