John Lewis Krimmel (Pennsylvania, 1787-1821) Young Woman in a Blue Dress Signed and dated "J. L. Krimmel/5 March/1815" (on the sofa's arm). Watercolor and gouache over pencil on paper, 6 1/4 x 4 1/2 in., matted in a giltwood frame. Condition: Minor toning.
