Pennsylvania Tiger Maple Tall Clock, c. 1825, swan's neck hood with freestanding turned cherry columns flanking the painted Arabic numeral iron dial with moon's age in the arch, and gilt, maroon, and green floral spandrels, tombstone-shaped waist door with mahogany edge banding, and inverted freestanding turned columns, base with similar door decoration all resting on French feet, eight-day time and strike mechanism, regulated by a pendulum and powered by two iron weights, ht. 97 in.
