Sheraton Boardroom Bracket Clock Attributed to Elliott, London, c. 1890, the dome-top mahogany case with inlaid banding and floral marquetry capping the rectangular silvered brass engraved Roman numeral dial with three subsidiary dials, Chime-Silent , Fast-Slow and Whittington Chime--Westminster Chime , the chapters and dials all set on a fully engraved dial plate, molded base with additional marquetry decoration, the case sides inlaid in a matching form with pierced blind sound frets, all with the mahogany molded bracket with banded inlay and dentil work to display the clock, eight-day time, strike, and quarter chime, three-train movement with chimes as selected on five gongs or eight bells, and pendulum, ht. as mounted on bracket 36 in.
