Manner of Andrea Celesti (Italian, 1637-1706) Christ Being Nailed to the Cross Unsigned, inscribed "A. Celesti 1637-1706/...1666-1740" on the reverse. Charcoal and ink wash on laid paper, 11 x 20 3/8 in. (28.0 x 51.7 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Multiple small tears to edges of sheet, many stabilized with brown paper tape on the reverse, multiple vertical creases, tack holes to three corners, staining, toning, foxing, soiling.
