London: Ackermann, 1820. Folio, bound by Bayntun in gilt-decorated straight-grain green morocco, a.e.g., modern felt-lined slipcase. First edition, first issue with the plates unnumbered. Complete with 24 hand-colored aquatint views by R. Havell and T. Sutherland after M. Schuetz and a folding map hand-colored in outline. Minor wear and fading to slipcase; scattered light foxing; offsetting from some plate to tissue guards.
