Second, and best, edition of Shaw's observations of the natural history and antiquities of Algiers and Tunis, Egypt and surrounding areas, complete with 38 engraved maps and plates (17 folding), head-pieces and initials. Light rubbing to boards; light offsetting to plates; inner hinge slightly separated, but sturdy; contents are in very good condition.
