Reading, Pennsylvania, having a broken arch pediment and flaming urn finials over the arched glazed door revealing the conforming painted and moon phase dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, flanked by engaged quarter columns, set on a conforming base with a shaped skirt centered with a shell and raised on four cabriole legs with shell carved knees ending in claw and ball feet. Height overall 42 inches.
