London, having a spherical finial over the sarcophagus top with urn form finials at each corner above the rectangular case set with an arched glazed door, dial set in the arch, the clock dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, flanked by maiden surmounts over foliate decoration, set on a conforming stepped plinth, raised on winged paw feet, having an eight-day, three-train, fusee movement chiming quarters, verge escapement and fully engraved backplate. Height 21 x width 11 1/4 x depth 7 3/4 inches.
