Chicago: Baird & Warner, 1928. Folio, publisher's gilt-embossed boards with cloth spine, illustrated endpapers. With black and white photographic illustrations throughout of over 100 apartment buildings, many with typical lay-outs, architect, managers and descriptions of the interior. Light wear to boards with spine ends fraying; hinges starting with some separated at title page.
