A sixteenth-century Spanish land indenture. Vellum, 29 1/2 x 26 inches. The present document bears four notarizations attesting to the resolution made between the Guerin family and various other parties agreeing that once their current debts on the land in question have been paid, the Guerins will be free of all future fiscal responsibilities. Creased in thirds.
