Second edition, with additional engraved title page, half-title, engraved initials, and 18 folding plates, two of which are supplied in manuscript facsimile. Lacking four pages (4Aaaa) of index; minor wear to boards with some loss to spine ends, corners bumped and hinges cracked; reference sticker tipped in front pastedown.
