Number 392 of 1,650 copies printed for the Commercial Club of Chicago, this one presented to William D. Barge. Despite large printing, Burnham's seminal plan remains a scarce Chicago item. Dampstaining to the bottom of boards; edgewear with minor loss; hinges slightly tender; otherwise fine.
