The Crimean War was a popular theme for ballads throughout Britain. James Lindsay was a prolific ballad publisher who operated in Glasgow between 1850 and 1900. Slight creasing, affecting some text; some marginal fraying; minor foxing; paper thinned; otherwise fine. 9 2/3 x 7 1/2 inches.
