English, 19th century. Wooden rectangular tea caddy with inlaid conch shell decoration in almond form medallions on top of hinged lid and front of storage box. Tea caddy composed of mahogany, tiger maple and satinwood. Hinged lid lifts to reveal two lift top lid with brass metal knobs to additional storage below. Height 4.25 inches, width 8 inches, depth 4.25 inches.
