Vol. 1 contains 51 plates, 27 of which are in full color; vol. 2 contains 50 plates, 43 of which are in full color; all measure approximately 11 1/2 x 18 1/2 inches. Wear to edges and extremes of boards and backstrip; light soiling to edges of vol. 2; 2 x 2 1/2 inch sticker to backstrip; 13 inch tear causing plate 1 of vol. 1 to be partially separated; 9 inch tear repaired with clear library tape to verso of frontispiece of vol. 1; otherwise a fine set.
