Armorial bookplate of Mr. Arthur Wood tipped-in to front pastedown; also another small bookplate, bookseller's advertisement for copy, and binder's ticket tipped in front pastedown. Wear to edges and extremes of boards and backstrip; fading to boards and backstrip; light fading and foxing to text and end-papers; a few bent corners of text and chipped corner on page 437; otherwise a sound copy.
