superstructure having a drop-down writing surface concealing a series of pigeonholes and drawers, flanked to each side by a series of shelves, over a shaped top above a conforming case enclosing a frieze drawer, raised on square tapering legs ending in brass capped feet, inlaid throughout to show foliate elements, the interior of the frieze drawer stamped "Edwards & Roberts. " Height 51 1/4 x width 36 x depth 18 inches.
