17th century, likely Italian or Spanish. Wooden (presumably walnut) low boy with three pull out drawers with satinwood inlay and carved border detail. Edges with carved wood with rope motif. Lower shelf with four serpentine columns with facial capitals. Side panels with addiitonal hand carved floral diaper pattern surrounding heraldic shield form medallions. Low boy raised on four legs with carved floral decoration. Height 34.5 inches, width 40.5 inches, depth 21.75 inches.
