of ovoid form, both sides with shaped panels, one showing a bird standing on grass beside flowering peony branches and rockery looking at a bird in flight above, the reverse showing a pheasant and bird perched on rockery amongst peonies, the two panels spaced by floral scrolls against a red ground, the base enameled with a four-character Qianlong mark within a square panel. Height 2 3/8 inches.
